Transmissions

All Transmission parts are disassembled, cleaned and inspected; all cases and castings are media blasted and painted. The bearings, seals, synchronizers and air components are replaced with new parts. All gears and other parts that do not meet original manufacture specifications are replace with new parts. All units are inspected and must pass dynamometer testing upon the final inspection.

Differentials

All differential parts are disassembled cleaned and inspected; all cases and castings are media blasted and painted. The bearings, washers, snap rings, ring gears, shims, bolt kits, seal, Input shaft, power divider gears are replaced with new parts. All units are inspected and must past testing upon the final inspection.


Power Take Outs

All P.T.O. parts are disassembled cleaned and inspected; all cases and castings are media blasted and painted. The bearings, washers, snap rings, shims, bolt kits, seals, gaskets are replaced with new parts. All gears and that do not meet original manufacture specifications are replaced with new parts. All units are inspected and must past testing upon the final inspection.

Steering Gear Boxes

All gear box parts are disassembled and cleaned and inspected; all cases and castings are media blasted and painted. The seals, snap rings, o-rings, washers are replaced with new parts. All other parts that do not meet original manufacture specifications are replace with new parts. All units are inspected and power bench tested for pressure upon the final inspection.


Cylinder Heads

All cylinder heads are disassembled, cleaned and inspected; electromagnetic crack detection performed, resurface head. The valves, springs, locks, valve seals, injector cups are replaced with new parts. All other parts that do not meet the original manufacture specifications are replaced with new parts. All units must past testing upon the final inspection.

Crankshafts

All crankshafts are cleaned inspected, magnafluxed and polished. All units must past testing upon the final inspection.


Camshafts

All camshafts are cleaned inspected, magnafluxed and polished. All units must past testing upon the final inspection.
